THE WORKS

The Works is a dynamic blend of powerful vinyasa yoga, meditation, plyometrics, and core used to tap into our breath and our strength. We use the body work to get the heart work where we can find real connection body to body, heart to heart, and soul to soul. This class is heated 85 degrees seasonally as needed.

THE VINYASA (YOGA)

Our signature yoga class: This class is designed for all who want to flow, twist, sweat, and build a smart core-centered body. The Body is a blend of sequencing curated to build heat while physically and mentally challenging mind and body, without the extra cardio or jumping. This class is heated 90 degrees seasonally as needed.

THE SWEAT (HIIT)

A favorite of ours! We use this class to get our big cardio and weighted work in while still focusing on smart and balanced circuits. The class starts with meditation to ready the mind for the work, and then moves into a yoga flow focused on the core and designed to open up and sculpt the body—all followed by a six-minute abdominal set. The second half of The Sweat is HIIT circuits using weights, bosu trainers, steps, bands, and more. This class can be modified for all levels, is non-heated, and will rock your body. We promise.

THE REVIVE (Slow Flow)

The Revive is our signature slow vinyasa flow that focuses on building strength and stamina through fundamental postures linked with breath. This class was designed to balance out the strength and cardio elements of our other classes. We purposefully blend pranayama and a more pared-down sequence so the body and mind can fully experience each posture. To close The Revive, additional stretching is paired with heart openers for a full body release. This class is heated 90 degrees seasonally as needed.

THE DEEP (Stretch)

The Deep is a slower paced yoga flow that opens with meditation and breathwork and builds to challenge the body and mind through intentional movement, longer holds, seated postures, and hip opening. The Deep targets connective tissue and fascia to improve joint mobility, increase circulation, and release tight and sore muscles, all while allowing space for full physical and mental release. This class is heated 85 degrees seasonally as needed and is a great complement to our higher energy offerings.
