THE MASH-UP
The Mash-up is a dynamic blend of powerful vinyasa yoga, meditation, plyometrics, and cardio incorporating weighted strength training to tap into our breath and strength. We use the bodywork to get to the heart work—where we can find real connections body to body, heart to heart, and soul to soul.
