THE DETAILS
The training is $3,500. This is an industry average and can be broken up into a payment plan of your choosing. Interviews will be conducted prior to the training to answer any questions. There will be a $600 required deposit to secure your spot that you can put down after we complete the interview, and this is refundable within that same week. You also get free yoga throughout training.
The program is 200 hours, 180 of which are required by the Yoga Alliance to be in person (contact hours). Those hours will be split into 6 weekends (every other weekend) - Friday 5:30PM - 8:30PM, Saturday 6:30AM - 7:00PM and Sunday 7:00AM - 5:00PM. Additionally, we will meet every other Monday (on our off weeks) for a short session from 5:30PM - 8:30PM. The remaining hours will be spent outside of our time together in classes assisting, practice teaching and proctoring classes in the later weeks of the training. The 20 non-contact hours will be completed as homework in your own time. All hours are mandatory in order to participate and receive your certification.
