The Sweat Express is 45 minutes of ALL HIIT circuits (typically 50% strength and 50% cardio). Each HIIT movement will be held on your mat and equipment is provided. This class can be modified for all levels and will rock your body. We promise.

Clean studio shoes are suggested. Classes are held at room temperature.
