Slow morning at home before an 8:30AM class, grab a bagel and head to the beach with my current read!
What is your ideal day off in Charleston?
Being in the room pushes me to be my authentic self & when I show up authentically in the room I find it makes it just a little bit easier to show up just as big outside the room
Why do you practice?
My mom! She lives such a generous life with her time and her energy and I strive to be more like her everyday
Who inspires you?
Outside the room I am daughter, a sister, a friend, a wife, an outpatient OBGYN nurse & a mama to be!!!
