I had to go through two teacher trainings to become an instructor and would have to practice for hours late at night at the studio as this was something that did not come easy to me.

What's something people would never know about you?

The energy in my room is built on encouragement, driven by challenge, and grounded in soulful moments.

What's the energy of your room?

The hardest thing I’ve ever done is finding gratitude in the middle of uncertainty, especially in 2020 and again this year.

What's the hardest thing you've ever done in your life?

Trust by NF

You can only listen to one song for the rest of your life. What is it?

My ideal day off in Charleston is a morning sweat on the bike, a full beach day at Sullivan’s, and a delicious dinner at Obstinate Daughter.

What is your ideal day off in Charleston?

I practice to get out of my head and into my body, build strength and longevity, find gratitude in the gift of movement, and connect with others in this community.

Why do you practice?

My family, friends, teammates, and riders inspire me everyday-you are who you surround yourself with!

Who inspires you?

Outside of the room, I’m a hard worker, a big dreamer, and someone who is always motivated by the people I love and want to make proud.

Who are you outside of the room?
