I used to live in NYC and work in fashion as a buyer.

What's something people would never know about you?

Cheeky and fun! Take the work seriously but not yourself.

What's the energy of your room?

Becoming a yoga teacher at The Works has been the most challenging, rawest, and most honest journey I've ever gone through.

What's the hardest thing you've ever done in your life?

The Rolling Stones’ "She's a Rainbow"

You can only listen to one song for the rest of your life. What is it?

Second state cold brew, a Works class, Sullivans for the day, post-beach drinks at Wine Shop and dinner at Home Team, then home for a shower and a cozy night on the couch with a good movie, Five Loaves FLC Ceaser and snuggled up with my pups

What is your ideal day off in Charleston?

To constantly get out of my own way and find a new edge both mentally and physically.

Why do you practice?

Our clients are truly some of the strongest people I know...not only physically, but even more so in their mental resilience.

Who inspires you?

I am a wife, a friend, a dog mom, a stylist, a fashion professional, a writer, and a curious soul who is always seeking new connections, embracing new experiences, and finding inspiration in the world around me.

Who are you outside of the room?
