Fun, inviting, loving, accepting, and creative. It's a space where everyone is welcome, a place where people can come exactly as they are, feel seen, connect, move, laugh, grow, and simply belong
What's the energy of your room?
move to a new state at 20 years old, on my own. I had little to no plan, just a random internship, a dream, and a deep desire to find myself and discover there was more waiting for me.
What's the hardest thing you've ever done in your life?
Country Roads by John Denver. It reminds me of where I'm from, West Virginia, my roots, who I truly am, and the people who shaped me
You can only listen to one song for the rest of your life. What is it?
a class at The works Mt. Pleasant, then coffee from second state, a bagel from Spread, then straight to Sullivan's Island for some sunshine with a good book in hand or my beach playlist
What is your ideal day off in Charleston?
I practice for peace of mind more than anything, movement is medicine, it always brings me back to my truest self.
Why do you practice?
I'm inspired every day by the incredible people in my life. My mom, my best girlfriends, my boss- Sarah Frick, and all of the strong, empowering women & men at The Works.
Who inspires you?
I'm a friend you can always confide in, a dedicated employee, a loving partner to my Fiancé, a soon to be mother, a wholehearted lover, and a compassionate caretaker
