I planned over 500 weddings before swapping timelines for playlists and the aisle for the mat.
What's something people would never know about you?
Where movement meets laughter, and connection follows. My classes are energetic, encouraging, and designed to leave you feeling stronger, lighter, and a little more like yourself.
What's the energy of your room?
Losing my dad at a young age. It changed the way I see the world and is the reason I love so deeply and look for joy in every season of life.
What's the hardest thing you've ever done in your life?
Dog Days Are Over by Florence + The Machine. (Joyful, energetic, and movement-filled.)
You can only listen to one song for the rest of your life. What is it?
A Works class and post-class chat with my besties, lunch and an adventure with my family, a quick power nap if I’m lucky, and a date night with my husband to end the day.
What is your ideal day off in Charleston?
To feel strong, grounded and present - on and off the mat.
Why do you practice?
Maddy inspires me through her relentless work ethic and the way she leads with kindness. She reminds me every day that how we make people feel matters just as much as what we teach.
Who inspires you?
Outside the studio, I’m on the same mission: more movement, more laughter, and more meaningful connection.
Who are you outside of the room?
