THE YIN

This class focuses on releasing the connective tissues, tendons, fascia and joints in our bodies rather than the actual muscles like a traditional asana class. Postures will be held between 3-5 minutes using props like bolsters, blocks and blankets in order to activate change at the deepest level. Through longer holds and mindful breath, this style class aims to reach a reflective state through which the nervous system can be restored and the mind can clear.
