One. How Long I've Been Teaching Movement?

I’ve been teaching movement since the Summer of 2020 – and a proud The Works Yoga Teacher Training 2020 graduate!

Two. What The Works is To Me?

For me, The Works is a place I come to to get out of my head and into my body. It’s a place I come not only to sweat but to cleanse my body of any negative thoughts, energy, and emotions I might have. That room pushes me when I need to be pushed, and grounds me when I need a clearer headspace. Every time I go in there, no matter what kind of day I’m having, it always makes me feel better and stronger. The community is unlike any other in Charleston, it’s uplifting, positive, and non-judgemental. You can be whoever you need to be in that room and you’ll always be met with love and kindness. The Works holds such a special place in my heart, and I’m at the point where my body and my mind literally crave it! It’s addicting in the best way possible.

Three. What's in my Headphones?

A little bit of pop, a little bit of EDM, a little bit of everything honestly! I love all types of music, but nothing captures my heart more than an early 00s track or some Taylor Swift.

Four. When I'm Not Sweating I'm:

Working on my freelance digital marketing business, hanging out with my cat and my boyfriend, eating some good plant-based food, or on a boat with some chilled rosé.

Five. Come to Me For:

A super fun pop playlist and a big physical push to the veeeeery end. I promise you’ll feel amazing when you leave.
