ONE. WHAT IS THE WORKS TO YOU?
“Gimme the works.” I think when any of us hear or say those words, we immediately get excited. “The works” in the traditional sense is used when we’re feeling downright worthy of treating ourselves. And that’s how I feel about The Works. It is more than just a yoga studio. It is a vibrant, compassionate community that makes you feel strong, supported, and worthy of love. It is a treat to be taught by the amazing instructors and practice alongside others who want a class that gives them everything they deserve.

If you see me outside of the studio, you can bet I’ve got some headphones in my ears. I’m constantly exploring new music and I love creating playlists that make me want to move, sing, and smile. Right now Rayland Baxter, Eryn Allen Kane, and Nathy Peluso are on repeat. But I’ve always got Bill Withers, Nina Simone and Billie Holiday on the brain.
