One. What is The Works to you?
The works to me up front is strong movement. Causing both physical and a mental shift. It’s meditation, tears, Joy, laughter, all squeezed into a magical mix of heat and sweat. We leave it all on the floor, get up and press the refresh button everyday.

Who isn’t playing? All I need is a good beat
Three. How did you find yourself on the mat?
I started practicing my sophomore year of college, I liked the idea of a different “workout”. I couldn’t figure out why I wanted to keep going back, but I started to feel it not just in my bones , but my head and my heart. That was it for me. I knew I had to teach it and share this goodness with as many people as possible.
